Pegasus Medical Concepts

THE CHALLENGE:

Pegasus Medical Concepts, a worldwide provider of medical supplies to hospitals, did not see a significant increase in revenue year over year in the US territory despite having one to two sales reps in each state.

Their solution was to find an agency that can help them with direct marketing and tradeshow support.

RESULTS:

In the first year of engagement, we purchased a list, and through IP Targeting and lookalike audiences, we were able to target the decision-makers at hospitals, drive them to trade shows, and consult with their sales team.

In the second year, we initiated an email marketing and nurturing campaign that helps create warm leads for the sales team without driving traffic to trade shows.

In our third year, we initiated Google Ads and remarketing, and as an outlier in their industry, they were also outliers on Google. Within the first month at $200 a month for testing, they closed $150,000 in business in that same month. We have since ramped up our ad spend and have introduced a new website that supports digital leads only. Most recently, our client let us know that our team was generating more income for them than their entire sales team.
